This Reiki Level I Certification Training is designed specifically for clinicians who want to integrate safe, grounding, and compassionate energy-based practices into their personal self-care and professional presence. Rooted in the traditional Usui Reiki system and framed through a clinically informed lens, this training emphasizes ethical practice, nervous system regulation, and clinician well-being.
Reiki Level I focuses on self-healing and foundational hands-on techniques. Participants learn how Reiki supports relaxation, stress reduction, and resilience—skills that are especially relevant for clinicians working in high-demand, trauma-exposed, or caregiving environments. The training is experiential, practical, and accessible, with clear boundaries for use within clinical and non-clinical settings.
This training results in a Reiki Level I Certification.
This training does not require prior experience with energy work and does not qualify participants to diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. Instead, it offers clinicians a restorative, embodied practice that can enhance self-regulation, professional sustainability, and compassionate presence with clients and patients.
